Hello, Hollande.

There's some disagreement about whether Hollandaise sauce was first created in the Netherlands or France, but there's no disagreement between the Dutch and the French about austerity budgets--the Dutch PM resigned less than a week ago after losing support over the issue, and now Socialist Francoise Hollande has the reins in France.  Still, Angela Merkel says renegotiation of the fiscal pact is a no-go.
