Birds of a feather.

The AP has made much of the fact that a "jailbird" got over 40% of the vote in the West Virginia Democratic primary to Obama's 50 some percent, which I must say is a pretty un-PC way to refer to the incarcerated.  On the other hand, there is the luxuriantly-maned "jailbird" in question, Keith Judd.  The AP has also reported that despite Judd's vote percentage that would ordinarily entitle him to have a delegate represent him at this summer's convention, no one had stepped forward.  http://news.yahoo.com/against-obama-even-jailbird-gets-votes-022319086.html

Until today, that is.  Joe Dirt insists he will be proud to carry the Judd banner at the convention in Charlotte.  "It's the code of the mullet, man," he told reporters.  He also said he planned to update his own mullet now that he had seen Judd's.  "I like that soft feathering around the forehead.  He's really inspired me."
