Greek tax payers to get free cosmetic gift bags with any tax payment.

"We've noticed the hypnotic effect these cosmetic gift bags have on the American female consumer," a Greek official said yesterday.  "And frankly we've run out of other ideas for convincing Greek taxpayers to pay up."
