I'm referring of course to the First Amendment.  U.S. District Judge Richard Leon sez ixnay to the FDA's mandate that tobacco manufacturers label cigarette packs with photos showing the gratuitous violence that smoking does to the human body.   "I say keep it classy," Leon wrote in his ruling.  Cigarette manufacturers, who claimed compliance with the graphic warning would be expensive, immediately issued new package designs based on Leon's suggestion.
